Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to residents in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. They will also partner with and mentor Advanced Practice Providers to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine. An active, unrestricted medical license and DEA license are required, along with proficiency in EMR systems.
