Job Requirements
- Board: BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Licenses: Active Texas Medical License
- DEA: Active DEA Certification
- Certifications: BLS
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of practice experience preferred

Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions.
- Manage chronic medical conditions.
- Provide preventive medicine and wellness care.
- Coordinate care and specialty referrals.
- Interpret diagnostic testing and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The physician will diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions while providing preventive care and wellness services. They are also responsible for coordinating specialty referrals and interpreting diagnostic testing results.
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine with an active Texas medical license and DEA certification. A minimum of 2-3 years of practice experience is preferred.
