The primary therapist provides exceptional clinical care, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions. They also coordinate ancillary care, manage discharge planning, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and a valid California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC. Experience with complex clinical presentations and proficiency in various therapeutic modalities is required.
