Who We Are Looking For

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Nocturnist to join a cohesive team and meet the growing demand of our Hospitalist Program in Franciscan Health.

What We Need

Ideal candidate will be an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician, who wants to be a part of the Franciscan Health Dyer/Munster Hospitalist Program. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

What You Can Expect

• PRN Nocturnist schedule; 7:00 p. m. – 7:00 a. m. (as needed).
• Admission volume: 8-9 per shifts
• Swing-shift support most nights of the week.
• Recent experience with intubation required.
• ACLS/BCLS required for Code Blue and Rapid Responses
• Open ICU with easy access to specialist consultation
• Epic electronic health record (Franciscan Health scored above the 90th percentile for Provider satisfaction for the inpatient Epic system)
• Strong collegial support from specialists
• Internal and external moonlighting permitted
