The Nurse Practitioner will conduct face-to-face patient assessments, manage pain and symptom regimens, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team. They are responsible for ordering diagnostic procedures and documenting treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and regulatory requirements.
Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license and have at least one year of experience in hospice or as a Nurse Practitioner. The role requires active prescribing authority, Medicare billing privileges, and current CPR certification.
