Your Responsibilities

*Provide Occupational Therapy services that are individualized to the patient, including screening, treatment, program planning and implementation *Communicate status updates to staff and other healthcare professionals as needed *Complete documentation timely for billing and payroll

Required Skills and Qualifications

*Active Occupational Therapist Assistant license in Florida

*Previous SNF therapy experience preferred
