• Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.
• Pay: $60–$65 per hour, DOE

• Position Responsibilities
• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and functional independence
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and therapeutic strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based and patient-centered care
• Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
