Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will perform physical examinations, take complex medical histories, and order diagnostic tests for ambulatory patients. They will also develop treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians and prescribe medications as needed.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master of Science in Nursing and possess current NP and RN certifications from the NYS Office of Professions. Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to work in a stressful environment are required.
