Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Laboratory Director for the physician-owned laboratory.

• Ensure compliance with CLIA, state, and federal laboratory regulations.

• Establish and maintain laboratory policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs.

• Review and approve laboratory testing menus, validation studies, and quality control procedures.

Requirements

• Required.

• MD, DO, PhD, or other qualifications meeting CLIA requirements for Laboratory Director.

• Current unrestricted professional license, where applicable.

• Minimum of 2 years of laboratory director or laboratory oversight experience.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $24,000 to $30,000 annually.

Work Schedule

• Contract position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
