Key Responsibilities

The BCBA Program Director will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct supervision to RBTs. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide ongoing education and support to caregivers.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and an active national BCBA certification with licensure in Virginia. A minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is required.
