Key Responsibilities

• Focus on upper extremity exercises, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Transfers and mobility.

• Patient and caregiver education.

• Deliver thorough and appropriate education to patients and families.

• Complete documentation and review care plans using company software.

Requirements

• Current license with the Florida Board of Occupational Therapy.

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

• Ability to pass AHCA Clearinghouse background screening (https://info. flclearinghouse. com).

• Current in-person CPR certification.
