The Opportunity

• Up to $50k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians.
• Current CT state license is a plus.
• Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.

The Practice

• Hospital for Special Care – Hartford, Connecticut
• Johnson Memorial Medical Center – Stafford Springs, Connecticut
• Mount Sinai Rehabilitation – Hartford, Connecticut
• Saint Mary’s Hospital – Waterbury, Connecticut
• Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center – Hartford, Connecticut
• Level I Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center.
• 600-bed facility and 36-bed closed ICU.
• 45-60 admits per day and 20-25 admits per night.
• Full sub-specialty support and academic opportunities.
• No intubations required but NGT placement and central lines are a plus.
• Additional resources include on-staff intensivist, imaging, and labs.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
