● Shifts: 7am - 3:30pm
● Call: Required - second call with beeper 1-2 times a week, and occasional 24 hour in-house call
● Job Type: Locum/Contract
● Case Types: OB, Orthopedic, and minimal Pediatric.
● Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks
● Special Requirements: Must be certified by the AANA.
● EMR: EPIC
● Supervision Model: Medical supervision with a MD to CRNA ratio of 1:2-3.

Job Summary: Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Locum CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthetic care across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a locum arrangement while being part of a collaborative and respected medical team.

Requirements

● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Pennsylvania.
● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in OB, ortho and peds.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
● BLS and ACLS certification required (PALS required for pediatric settings)
