TGH Home Care powered by VNA of Florida provides a full array of home care services for TGH patients, and those in the community needing home care. This office continues the same level of care and experience received at Tampa General Hospital.
What You'll Do
- Complete in-home physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Coordinate care with physicians and clinicians
- Maintain clinical documentation
What You'll Need
- Active Florida PT License
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
- Home health experience preferred
- Ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will conduct in-home evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and balance. They are also responsible for educating patients and caregivers while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Florida Physical Therapist license and possess strong assessment and treatment skills. Previous home health experience is preferred for this role.
