PRC Alliance Pain Relief Centers, a PT-owned and growing outpatient physical therapy practice, is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to lead our Port Orange Office as Clinic Director.

This is an opportunity for a PT who is ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to treat patients. As Clinic Director, you will have ownership of your clinic's day-to-day operations, lead and develop your clinical team, and play an active role in the clinic's growth and success.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee daily clinical operations.

• Treat patients and provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy care.

• Manage, train, and develop therapists and clinical staff.

• Build a positive, productive, and accountable clinic culture.

• Manage clinic scheduling to support patient access, productivity, and quality care.

• Oversee documentation, operational, and billing protocols.

• Ensure timely and compliant clinical documentation.

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to grow referral relationships and expand the clinic's patient base.

• Identify opportunities to improve clinic performance and operational efficiency.

• Take an ownership-minded approach to the success and growth of the clinic.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist.

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred; requirement may be waived based on leadership approval.

• Strong clinical and patient-care skills.

• Leadership, communication, and team-management ability.

• Comfortable balancing patient care, staff leadership, and clinic operations.

• Motivated by growth, accountability, and the opportunity to help build a successful clinic.

Clinic Performance Expectations

The Clinic Director will lead the clinical team toward established performance standards, including:

• Approximately 12–15 treated visits per clinician per day.

• Average minimum of 4 billable units per visit.

• Completion of clinical documentation within 48 hours of each treated visit.

• Effective schedule management to maximize patient access while maintaining high-quality care.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist.

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred; requirement may be waived based on leadership approval.
