- Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.

Pay Range
USD $45.00 - USD $49.00 /Hr.
Key Responsibilities
Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders and develop individualized treatment programs based on clinical findings. Coordinate care plans through clinical conferences and deliver one-on-one functional treatment sessions to senior residents.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in physical therapy and possess a current physical therapy license in the state of practice. Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills, along with computer proficiency, are required.
