This position offers no call requirements, weekends off. Work with Hartford HealthCare Medical Group in Vernon, Connecticut.
The provider will perform both clinic and operating room duties, including first assisting on cranial and spine procedures. They will also participate in the Deep Brain Stimulation program and utilize High Intensity Focus Ultrasound for movement disorders.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Connecticut. A minimum of one year of surgical experience in neurosurgery or orthopedics is preferred, and RNFA certification is required for APRNs.
