The Behavioral Health Navigator works with an interdisciplinary team to assess and determine appropriate care for patients in behavioral health crises within the Emergency Department. They collaborate with outpatient providers, families, and community agencies to remove barriers to care and ensure effective treatment planning.
Candidates must hold a Master's in Counseling or Social Work and possess independent licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts. A minimum of 2-3 years of direct diagnostic experience is required.
