Responsibilities Foundations Minnesota is seeking a talented and dynamic LADC Counselor - Dual Diagnosis to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
This position offers weekends off, day shifts only. Work with UHS in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States.
The counselor will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform progress reviews for patients. They will also facilitate individual and group counseling sessions focused on recovery education.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess a current LADC license. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the chemical dependency field and 12 contact hours of co-occurring disorders training are required.
