What You'll Do

As our Physical Therapist, you'll help patients regain strength, confidence, independence, and quality of life by:

• Evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educating patients and families on treatment goals and progress
• Documenting evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately
• Encouraging, motivating, and empowering patients throughout their recovery journey

What We're Looking For

• We're searching for someone who is:
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California
• Passionate about patient care and outcomes
• A strong communicator and team player
• Flexible, dependable, and self-motivated
• Able to build meaningful connections with patients and families
• Experienced in post-acute, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar settings (preferred)
