Requirements

• Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field preferred.

• Experience: Preferred a minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, case management/discharge planning, must have strong clinical assessment skills, hospital experience strongly preferred.

• Licensure: Program Therapist must be state certified in social work or clinical related mental health field. LPC-Intern, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW license required.

• Additional Requirements: CPR certification, Handle With Care and Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. Must be able to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
