• Current MI state license is a plus.

• A 10-bed critical access hospital.
• Rural community patient mix including pediatric to geriatric folks.
• Annual volume of 9,000.
• Functions as a Free Standing Emergency Department.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
