Key Responsibilities
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will assess patients' mental and physical health, diagnose psychiatric disorders, and develop interdisciplinary treatment plans. They are responsible for prescribing medications, conducting psychotherapy, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license and have at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in addiction and mental health treatment, along with the ability to work with patients across the lifespan, is required.
