Provide counseling, skills training, and case management to clients with persistent mental illness in individual and group settings. Coordinate with service providers and stakeholders to ensure all client needs are met through clinical assessments and treatment planning.
Requires a Master's degree in a human services field and a valid Illinois driver's license. A professional license (LPC or LSW) and at least one year of behavioral health experience are preferred.
