Key Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to patients/clients at their homes.

• Provide in-home PT treatment programs to assist patients in restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing disability.

Requirements

• Required Recent/Current Home Health PT experience: 12 months within the past 3 years

• Required Home Care Home Base (HCHB) charting experience

• Required BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: week192.31 - week230.77/week.

Work Schedule

• Contract position.

• No call required.

• No weekends required.
