Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities to improve mobility and functional independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and utilize telehealth tools to deliver evidence-based care and effective documentation.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license or be eligible to obtain one in the state of practice. Requires a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program, current CPR certification, and the physical ability to perform in-home patient care.
