Key Responsibilities

Evaluates and treats patients of all diagnoses in an acute care setting while providing extensive patient and family education. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Requires a Master of Science or Master of Arts degree, a valid Speech Language Pathologist license, and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence. Candidates must also hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and have at least one year of acute care experience.
