Key Responsibilities

The specialist will proactively build and cultivate relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community leaders to drive clinical trial recruitment. They will manage regional outreach activities, attend community events, and collaborate with internal teams to meet enrollment objectives.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience in relationship management or outreach. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and territory-management skills are required, along with the ability to travel regularly between Chicago and Minneapolis.
