Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care developed by and under the supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist.

Communicate with the Physical Therapist, the patient and/or family and facility staff any pertinent information concerning patient progress, problems and plans.

Participate in Patient Plan of Care Meetings and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings if asked by the Physical Therapist.

Participate in in-service training program for other staff in the facility.
