D & M Behavioral Solutions of Pembroke Pines, FL is looking to hire a full-time experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our supervisor track. • A Day in the Life of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a BCBA at D & M, you are the clinical leader for your caseload. Your days combine supervision visits and direct work with families, data review on ABA Matrix, and quick check-ins with your RBTs. Each week you run caregiver training sessions, update programs, and use protected time for documentation, so your reports get written during your workday, not at midnight.

Every month you complete progress reports and authorization packets with help from our operations team, which also handles payer credentialing with you, and you review cases with our Clinical Director. Full-time means 30 billable hours per week, so you have the time to supervise well, think through your cases, and still have a life outside of work.

What Would You Be Doing?

• Conducts initial assessments and reassessments within payer timelines.
• Develops and updates individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Supervises RBTs and BCaBAs, including at least 5% of each RBT’s monthly hours, and completes competency assessments.
• Leads caregiver training using behavioral skills training.
• Analyzes data and adjusts programs; reviews and co-signs BCaBA documentation.
• Prepares progress reports and authorization packets with operations support.
• Completes documentation in ABA Matrix within 24 hours.
• Follows the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and D & M policies.
• What Do You Bring to the Role?
• Certification: Current BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
• Certification: Three or more years of post-certification experience and completed BACB 8-hour supervision training.
• Education: Master’s degree or higher.
• Credentialing: Individual NPI and willingness to complete payer credentialing (Medicaid ID and CAQH).
• Transportation: Valid Florida driver license, reliable car, and auto insurance.
• Background: Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening.
• Passion for Children: A genuine love for working with kids and families.
• Positive Attitude: Patience, reliability, and strong communication with families and teammates.

Physical Requirements

This role involves working in homes, schools, and community settings, sitting on the floor, bending, kneeling, and engaging in active play during sessions, plus computer work for documentation. Travel between client locations is required.
