As a BCBA at LAC, you’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve.

Requirements
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technician
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement individualized behavior programming that prioritizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy for learners. Collaborate with clinical teams and provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians while maintaining high standards of ethical, trauma-informed care.
