Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate provides direct patient care and maintains a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. They support patient recovery by addressing concerns promptly and responding to patient needs with a focus on safety.

Requirements

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and six months of experience with a similar patient population is preferred. CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certifications are required, with training provided upon hire.
