Substance Use Counselor

Join Groups Recover Together as a Substance Use Counselor in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.

• Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.

• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.

• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• An active New Hampshire behavioral health licensure or certification including but not limited to: LADC, CCS, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, or MLADC and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states.

• Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting.

• High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: Salary Range: $62,058 - $74,932
