Provide consultative and rehabilitative physical therapy services to complex patients within acute care hospital settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop evidence-based treatment plans that optimize functional outcomes and discharge planning.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and current licensure in the State of Wisconsin. Preferred candidates have at least 2 years of relevant acute care experience and hold Basic Life Support certification.
