Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a team for a 13-week assignment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore physical function. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience working in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Job Details

• Location: Leeds, MD
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks with possible extensions
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Requirements

• Active MA Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience
