Job Description
East Bank Club is seeking a motivated Registered Dietitian to provide individualized nutrition counseling to EBC members in a luxury health club environment.
This is an appointment-based, commission-only position designed for a dietitian who wants flexibility while building a nutrition practice within EBC.
The dietitian will provide high-quality nutrition services to members and help grow the club's nutrition business through exceptional service, follow-up, and member relationships. The position is intentionally structured around member demand rather than guaranteed hours.
When appointments are not booked, the dietitian may close their schedule and leave rather than remain onsite.
Pay Rate: 70% commission on collected revenue for eligible nutrition services personally provided by the dietitian. For bundled programs containing services provided by multiple departments, the commissionable amount will be based on the designated nutrition portion of the package, not the total package price. Commission is paid on completed and collected eligible services in accordance with EBC payroll policies.
Schedule: Two afternoon/evening availability blocks per week and/or 1 weekend day
- Recommended availability: Monday/Wednesday 3:30 – 7:30 pm and/or 1 weekend day
- Approximately 8-12 hours of scheduled availability per week
- Schedule may be adjusted based on member demand
- Unbooked time may be closed according to EBC scheduling guidelines
- Additional hours may be added as the client base grows
- No minimum number of paid hours or appointments is guaranteed
The goal is to provide members with consistent access to a dietitian while allowing the schedule to flex with actual demand. As demand grows, the schedule and availability can grow with it.

- Conduct follow-up appointments and adjust recommendations as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation
- Provide a high level of professionalism and member service consistent with the EBC experience

- Be responsive and professional in all communication
- Member Engagement & Business Development
- Build strong relationships with EBC members
- Convert initial appointments into ongoing nutrition relationships
- Collaborate with Fitness departments when appropriate
- Develop a strong referral network within EBC
