Job Description
Let’s be honest—too many mental health organizations treat therapists like numbers on a spreadsheet. That’s exactly why we built Lifebulb. We believe you’re a whole person with a calling, not a revenue line. And the people you serve deserve clinicians who feel supported, valued, and empowered.
At Lifebulb, we proudly call ourselves a Therapist-Centered organization. That means everything we do—from workflow to compensation to culture—is designed around supporting you. When clinicians thrive, clients thrive. It’s that simple.
We’re currently seeking a Licensed Clinician (LCSW or LPC) who’s passionate about providing quality care and excited to grow within a supportive group private practice setting—without the typical administrative headaches of solo practice.
