Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner – Lehigh Acres, FL Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy, fast-paced Internal Medicine practice in Lehigh Acres, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients in an Internal Medicine/Primary Care setting.
• Provide comprehensive management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up care.
• Participate in chronic care management and preventive healthcare services.
• Manage a busy patient schedule while maintaining quality and compassionate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and preventive health.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and strong leadership within the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current ARNP/NP or PA license eligible to practice in Florida.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care.
• Ability and willingness to manage approximately 20–25 patients per day.
• Strong experience with chronic care management.
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• EClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced medical office.
• Strong team-player mentality with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Compassionate approach with a strong commitment to exceptional patient care.
• Dependable, professional, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team.
