Key Responsibilities
Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism while providing support and training to behavioral technicians. Monitor client progress, communicate assessment results to families, and ensure high-quality clinical service delivery.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field. Candidates must hold a current BCBA license or be eligible to sit for the exam within three months.
