Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight and supervision for clinical teams while delivering evidence-based, person-centered ABA therapy to children. Conduct data-based decision making, parent training, and clinical reviews to ensure high-quality treatment outcomes.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree or higher and BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the exam. Candidates must have at least two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
