About the Role

Join Interim HealthCare - Atlanta, GA as a Home Health PTA – PRN, Flexible Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide home

based care under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist to patients with illnesses, injuries and chronic diseases—often after discharge from a hospital, rehab or nursing facility

Work with a team of physicians and oversee paraprofessional staff providing patient care

Examine patients, complete assessments, document progress and report changes to their physician

Requirements

HCHB charting experience

CPR certification, negative ppd screening or chest x

Drivers license, reliable transportation & auto insurance

Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
