Key Responsibilities

Assist behavioral health providers and healthcare personnel with resident mental health evaluations, wellness checks, counseling appointments, and treatment support activities.

Observe resident behavior and monitor for signs of emotional distress, behavioral changes, mental health concerns, self-harm risks, or unusual activity and report concerns promptly to clinical staff.

Maintain accurate behavioral health documentation, wellness logs, incident reports, appointment records, and operational notes in accordance with facility procedures.

Support crisis intervention activities and behavioral health response procedures during emergencies, psychiatric incidents, or resident wellness concerns.

Benefits & Compensation

Pay rate: $25.00/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
