What You'll Do

Deliver skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety measures, and mobility strategies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes Document care accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Current and appropriate Physical Therapist licensure Home health or home care experience preferred Valid driver's license and active automobile insurance required Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills Make a Difference Every Day.

Hourly Pay Range: $38.22 - $61.16 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.

The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
