- Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
- Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.

- Degree in area of discipline
- Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment

Pay Range
USD $40.00 - USD $48.00 /Hr.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized rehabilitative services to senior patients under medical orders. Develop and coordinate treatment programs while participating in clinical conferences to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in physical therapy and possess a current state license to practice. Strong clinical, interpersonal, and computer skills are required for this role.
