Key Responsibilities

• In this role, you will provide comprehensive medication.

Requirements

• PharmD degree and/or BS Pharm degree required.

• Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 ambulatory care residency or comparable experience in ambulatory clinical pharmacy highly preferred.

• Current licensure by the Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy or eligibility for licensure required.

• Eligible for Pharmacy Specialty Board Certification preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $124K - $186K

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No weekends required.

This position offers weekends off. Work with Centra Care in Minnesota.
