The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress through data analysis. They are also responsible for supervising and mentoring direct-care staff while collaborating with families to support treatment goals.
Candidates must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and a Master's degree in a related field. Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and supervising direct-care staff is preferred.
