Key Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist performs patient assessments to create effective treatment plans, reassessing patients and modifying care plans as needed while involving the patient and/or family. This role also involves demonstrating appropriate case management and communicating collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must possess North Carolina and American Speech / Language Association Certification and a Master's degree in Communication Disorders, in addition to having a High School or GED Diploma. Physical requirements include specific visual acuity, verbal communication ability, functional range of motion, grip strength, and the capacity to lift and carry significant weight.
