We are looking for a full-time, in person, speech-language pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Novi, Michigan. You will work alongside another SLP in the building to provide direct and consultative therapy services to upper elementary students.

Caseload and Environment

Targeted Caseload: 5th-6th grade students

Focus: Supporting learners across a wide range of abilities - including those in general education, resource room, and self-contained classrooms.

Dedicated Space: You will have a private, dedicated office space in each building to conduct sessions and meetings.

Responsibilities

Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.

Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.

Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.

• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
