Key Responsibilities
- provide short-term, targeted, evidence-based care.
- Provide short-term, brief interventions using evidence-based approaches (BA, PST, MI, etc.
- Provide education + self-management support * Track clinical response (in-person, video, or phone) and adjus.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Oregon independent license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
- 3+ years of experience working with adult populations w/ chronic medical + behavioral needs
- Experience with EMRs + telehealth workflows
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $70,000 to $85,000 annually.
