- Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) | $80k–$90k
- Bayside, Queens & Great Neck | Outpatient Clinics
Metro PT is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team! You’ll split time between our Bayside, Queens & Great Neck clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care
- Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
- Fabricate custom splints as needed
- Document evaluations and treatment progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
- NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
- Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Sensory integration experience a plus
- Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
Compensation: USD 80000 - USD 90000 - yearly
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one outpatient occupational therapy care and design individualized treatment plans for patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to document progress and fabricate custom splints as needed.
